PORTLAND, Ore. – Tonkon Torp LLP is pleased to welcome associate attorney Manuella Tshala to its Litigation Department. Tshala joins Tonkon Torp following three years of civil litigation experience at another Portland law firm.

Manuella is a graduate of the University of Oregon School of Law where she was Executive Editor of the Oregon Review of International Law. During law school, she served as a certified law clerk in the Misdemeanor Unit at the Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office, prosecuting arraignments, plea deals, and misdemeanor hearings. She also worked as an extern at the U.S. District Court, District of Oregon for the Honorable John V. Acosta.
