MIAMI VALLEY, Ohio (WKEF) — There are many different Trunk-or-Treat events leading up to Halloween this year that offer a family-friendly way to enjoy the spooky season. These events can be especially helpful for families with younger kids and kids with disabilities, however everyone can enjoy them.
Oct. 18, KETTERING: The South branch of the Greater Dayton YMCA Trunk-or-Treat will run from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Oct. 19, DAYTON: Dayton Autism Society’s Trunk-or-Treat will offer a fun selection of candy, fidget toys, books and more at 4801 Springfield Street from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Oct. 20, DAYTON: Centerville Community Church will have inflatable houses and games at its Trunk ‘r Treat event from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Oct. 20, FAIRBORN: Fairborn YMCA will host Trunk-or-Treat from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Oct. 23, MIAMISBURG: Miamisburg Christian Church will have Trunk-or-Treat from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Oct. 24, DAYTON: Wright State University’s 3rd annual Trunk-or-Treat event will be from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. in parking lot #20, weather permitting.
Oct. 26, BROOKVILLE: Reichard Chevrolet will host its first Trunk-or-Treat which starts at 3 p.m. and doesn’t have a set end time.
Oct. 26, FAIRBORN: Dayton Discount Furniture, Papa Johns and L.A. Tan will host Trunk-or-Treat from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at 36 South Central Avenue and will feature a spooky storytelling session.
Oct. 27, DAYTON: Trick or Treat at the Market will be 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 2nd Street Market, Guests will get a free pumpkin while supplies last.
Oct. 27, KETTERING: Refuge Hill Church Trunk-or-Treat event will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. in its front parking lot.
Oct. 29, RIVERSIDE: The National Museum of the US Air Force’s Troops and Treats event starts at 9 a.m. and will include a scavenger hunt, an animal meeting, face painting, a costume runway, pop-up concerts and more.
