ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – The mother at the center of an Amber Alert out of Florida was arrested at a metro Atlanta hotel and is behind bars, according to the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office.
Audrey Turner, 43, was arrested at the Residence Inn Atlanta McDonough on Avalon Parkway in Henry County.
The sheriff’s office was part of the U.S. Marshals Service SERFTF, the agency that arrested Turner.

Turner was wanted after an Amber Alert was issued out of Riviera Beach, Florida for her 11 and 3-year-old sons. Officials said she does not have custody of her children.
The two children were found safe in McDonough and were turned over to the Georgia Division of Family and Children Services.
Turner was booked into Fulton County Jail and will be extradited.
Law enforcement officials did not say what charges Turner is facing.
