The NFL has partnered with digital media firm Remezcla Media Group “in a bid to help the league grow its Hispanic fan base and sponsorship offerings.” The partnership, which debuts in November, will see Remezcla have “access to key NFL tentpole events,” including the Super Bowl and NFL Draft, “through which it will create original influencer, social media, experiential, and digital campaigns.” Remezcla will emphasize video content that “follows influencers as they attend games and related events,” as well as highlight “off-field traditions and culture of Hispanic football fans.” Remezcla will also “look to tell the stories of Latino NFL players.” The media group “plans to release the content in series, whose cadence will speed up as the league approaches the playoffs.” It also “opens the NFL up to new advertising partners whose marketing goals include reaching the Hispanic audience” (ADWEEK, 10/23).
