PHOENIX — Oaktree Funding Corp., a nationally licensed mortgage banker, recently doubled the footprint of its headquarters in Chandler, the city announced Tuesday.
The mortgage banker operates across wholesale, correspondent and retail lending channels and has been located in Chandler near Galleria Way and Frye Road for the past 15 years.
“This expansion reflects our sustained growth and confidence in Chandler as the right home for our headquarters,” Oaktree Funding Corp. Co-CEOs Kristopher Martin and Stephen Lippens said in an announcement. “The city offers a strong business climate, access to talent and the infrastructure we need to support our team and clients as we grow.”
Oaktree Funding Corp. is also a top non-qualified mortgage lender that offers a variety of home loan products through its relationships with government agencies and investors.
The company’s headquarters not only offers accessibility but also modern office infrastructure to support its long-term needs being located near the interchange between the Loop 101 Price Freeway and Loop 202 Santan Freeway and adjacent to Chandler Fashion Center.
