The second ONE Championship card of the weekend arrived Friday night (Saturday local time) at the Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, where Regian Eersel looked to defend his lightweight Mauy Thai title against English challenger George Jarvis at ONE Fight Night 34.
Outside of that Muay Thai title fight, there was plenty of MMA action as well for fight fans. Grappling star Garry Tonon continued his pursuit of mixed martial arts greatness as he took on Shamil Gasanov in a rematch of their 2023 encounter, which Tonon had won via kneebar.
A rare heavyweight sighting under the ONE banner, meanwhile, saw Kiril Grishenko taking on undefeated 5-0 prospect Ben Tynan.
