Police search for 2 burglary suspects after stop on I-355 at Maple Avenue in Downers Grove

DOWNERS GROVE, Ill. (WLS) — Police in DuPage County are searching for two burglary suspects after stopping the vehicles on I-355 in Downers Grove Monday morning.

Two vehicles wanted in a burglary at a business overnight were stopped on I-355 near Maple Avenue at about 2 a.m., Elmhurst police said.

Four suspects were taken into custody and two others fled on foot and last seen running from the ramp at Maple Avenue, police said.

People are asked to call 911 if they see suspicious activity in the area.
