In response, residents and business owners are organizing a “noise parade” tonight to voice their opposition to the ordinance change.
A proposed noise ordinance in Las Vegas aims to regulate sound levels for events in the Arts District of downtown.
Under the new ordinance, events held from Sunday to Wednesday would be required to limit noise by 10 p.m.
On Thursdays, the noise restriction would extend to midnight, while on Fridays and Saturdays, the limit would be set at 2 a.m.
