Jackson Hole, Wyoming’s Roadhouse Brewing Co. is teaming with Chicago’s Half Acre Beer Co. to debut Interstellar Kush IPA (7% ABV), the sixth release in Roadhouse’s Kush series, which is all about featuring unique and experimental hops with other like-minded breweries.
“We are very excited to introduce Interstellar Kush,” says Gavin Fine, co-founder of Roadhouse Brewing Co. “It has been a delight to team up with Half Acre, a pioneering brewery in my hometown, Chicago, who shares our enthusiasm for groundbreaking, hop-forward beers.”
Interstellar Kush IPA
Each release in our Kush series pushes the envelope in hop innovation and through a creative combination of top quality hops. This Tetons-meets-Midwest collab is no different, brewed with Strata, Talus, Cascade, Krush (formerly HBC 586) and HBC 1019. Interstellar Kush IPA bursts with fruity aromas of ripe berry and juicy peach ring, accompanied by earthy and dank notes.
“Roadhouse and Half Acre work together through industry organizations focusing on hops, so it was a match made in heaven for us to come together and brew with some of our favorite hops both old and new to each of us. Being a Chicago kid myself, Half Acre’s Daisy Cutter was one of the first craft beers I fell in love with, so coming full circle to work on this collaboration has been a dream come true,” notes Pure Madness Brewmaster Max Shafer.
Interstellar Kush will be available on draft and in 16oz cans throughout Roadhouse and Half Acre’s distribution territories.
