FORECAST DETAILS
After making landfall early Monday morning near Matagorda Bay, Beryl continues to move inland across East Texas Monday evening.
Unfortunately most of South Central Texas missed out on rain from Beryl, leaving a relatively quiet outlook for evening plans locally with temperatures falling through the 90s and into the 80s after sunset.
A chance for hit-or-miss showers and storms arrives Tuesday, specifically after 2 p.m. While it won’t be for everyone, we’ll call for a 40% chance of spotty rain which could make for a few soggy spots during the evening commute.
Other than that, lows in the mid-70s will transition to highs in the mid-90s Tuesday afternoon with partly-to-mostly cloudy skies.
Looking ahead to the remainder of the week, mid-90s continue with just isolated chances for rain.
More updates to come! Until then, have a great evening. ~ Mia
