A driver remains out on the road after authorities say she ran over a man last month and left him dying in the street.
The deadly collision was reported in broad daylight at the intersection of Colfax and Ogden Street in Denver on June 25. The Colorado Bureau of Investigation says the driver stopped briefly after hitting the pedestrian, then sped off from the scene.
The driver has been described as Hispanic or white with dark hair and was wearing a pink tank top with sunglasses at the time of the crash. Her vehicle was a white 2016 Dodge Caravan with Montana plate 2-99798B.
CBI issued a statewide Medina Alert for the driver Tuesday. The suspect and her vehicle were both caught on camera, which can be seen below:
Medina Alerts are issued in Colorado when a hit-and-run causes serious bodily injury or death and law enforcement has information on the suspect or suspect vehicle.
