Breezy Seguros also has offices in Stoughton and Hyannis, Massachusetts, and is known for its tri-lingual services (English, Spanish and Portuguese) and its support of the Latino entrepreneurial community, Trucordia said.
The brokerage offers coverages including business owner’s, commercial auto, workers compensation, umbrella and general liability.
The deal bolsters Trucordia’s footprint in Massachusetts and “deepens our commitment” to language accessibility, CEO Felix Morgan said in the news release announcing the deal.
Earlier this month, Lindon, Utah-based Trucordia said it had acquired Charles River Insurance, also based in Framingham, Massachusetts.
