Trump Burger seeks damages for property improvements and lost revenue.
HOUSTON — A Houston-area burger restaurant that pays homage to President Donald Trump has sued its landlord three months after opening, alleging the landlord has unlawfully taken control of the property and continues to operate the restaurant.
Trump Burger’s Kemah location, at 409 Bradford Ave., opened for business in March 2025. The growing restaurant mini-chain, with additional locations in Bellville, Houston and Flatonia near San Antonio, is known for its “Trump”-stamped burgers and walls lined with Trump memorabilia.

The complaint, filed June 24 in Harris County District Court, accuses the landlord, Archie Patterson, and his companies, 409 Bradford LLC and All Tex Personnel LCC, of taking over the restaurant on June 7.
