Joe Rogan is back behind the table.
The longtime UFC color commentator will join former two-division champion Daniel Cormier and veteran play-by-play man Jon Anik for the upcoming UFC 302 pay-per-view (PPV) event, scheduled for this Sat. night (June 1, 2024) at Prudential Center in Newark, NJ.
That’s according to MMA Fighting.
Former UFC middleweight title challenger Chael Sonnen will take a seat at the analyst desk alongside current light heavyweight contender Anthony Smith and budding broadcaster Laura Sanko. Megan Olivi handles backstage interviews while former UFC lightweight Din Thomas chimes in with real-time insight and analysis.
Rogan was absent for the UFC 301 event in Brazil.
UFC 302 will be headlined by the lightweight title fight between reigning 155-pound champion Islam Makhachev and former interim titleholder Dustin Poirier. Elsewhere on the card, ex-middleweight champion Sean Strickland looks to keep himself afloat in the 185-pound title chase at the expense of Brazilian bruiser Paulo Costa.
