Nine months after opening its U.S. headquarters in Irving, Finland-based Tosibox, a global leader in Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity and network automation solutions, is streamlining its brand identity—and changing its name to Tosi.
Tosi said its new Irving U.S. headquarters has led to a doubled U.S. sales team “to better serve customers and partners and to capitalize on growing demand.” The rebrand comes as Tosi celebrates a “milestone year” with 70% growth in average subscription deal size, the largest subscription and hybrid agreements in its history.
Sakari Suhonen, CEO of Tosi United States, said the growth “fueled our evolution to Tosi, the brand that represents more than a visual refresh—it embodies our transformation into a modern, agile force that is fundamentally changing how industrial organizations connect, protect, and control their critical infrastructure.”
“The Tosi name—meaning ‘true’ in Finnish—and identity reflect our commitment to engineering excellence, delivering proven hardware with game-changing software that can be deployed in minutes, not months,” Suhonen added in a statement.
North Texas as a home base for U.S. expansion
In January, Suhonen called Dallas-Fort Worth “a thriving tech and business center with a highly skilled workforce and vibrant innovation ecosystem,” and said opening a U.S. HQ here “enables us to be closer to many of our key clients and partners, strengthening our ability to deliver solutions that drive digital transformation, enhance security, and simplify connectivity for enterprises across diverse industries.”
The company said its Irving U.S. HQ reflects its continued investment in providing a “world-class” customer experience and adapting to the evolving needs of businesses in the U.S. market. The Irving-based hub also supports Tosibox’s plans to expand its U.S.-based workforce, tapping into local talent to drive further innovation in OT cybersecurity solutions.
Tosi’s Irving office now serves as a hub for the company’s U.S. operations, supporting its continued growth and innovation in OT cybersecurity. The company says its Irving office will also enhance its ability to provide local support, increase speed of service, and deepen relationships with existing and prospective customers and partners across North America.
Founded in 2011 in Oulu, Finland, Tosi is a global leader in operational technology (OT) networking, providing enterprises with a “robust” cybersecurity platform that supports business expansion. Its patented technology is deployed in over 150 countries across a wide range of industries, including Building Automation, Industrial Automation, and Utility Services.
