Sales are expected to start early next year, with prices ranging from the high $300,000s to more than $800,000.
Highland Homes will build on 45-foot-wide homesites, Perry Homes on 55-foot lots and Toll Brothers on 70-foot homesites. Brookfield Residential plans to build on 40-, 50- and 60-foot-wide lots.
Midline, designed for 2,800 single-family homes at build-out, is located west of Interstate 45, between El Dorado Boulevard and Grissom Road, in the Clear Creek Independent School District.
