Lee Collins joined Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough as a partner in its Houston office, the firm announced Wednesday.
Collins focuses on representing developers, owners, property managers, and contractors involved in commercial real estate across all industry classifications in both state and federal courts. His practice extends to all types of commercial disputes that may arise during the life cycle of real estate development, including busted acquisitions and dispositions, adjacent property owner disputes, landlord-tenant disputes, enforcement of easements and restrictive covenants, construction litigation, and lien enforcement, the firm said.
