Balice brings nearly two decades of experience representing policyholders in disputes involving denied, delayed or underpaid insurance claims. He has worked across virtually all lines of commercial and professional insurance, helping clients recover over $400 million in coverage benefits.

Balice joins Asadourian in Los Angeles as part of an insurance recovery team that now includes more than 50 insurance lawyers and places them across the country from Los Angeles to New York. His experience spans a broad spectrum of matters, from helping individual homeowners secure coverage needed to rebuild after significant losses to representing publicly traded companies in high-stakes, billion-dollar catastrophic exposure cases. Previously, Balice served as counsel in the Orange County office of Haynes Boone and has also practiced at BG Law, a nationally recognized insurance recovery firm.
