HOUSTON — A Houston-area brewery has secured a temporary win in court to stay at its longtime home on Polk Street.
A Harris County District judge on May 11 issued a temporary restraining order allowing 8th Wonder Brewery to keep its lease at 2200 Polk St., where it has been operating for 11 years.

The order runs until May 21, when the case will be heard in the 333rd District Court.
