Rosendin Electric, Inc.’s new Mountain West regional headquarters will be located in Chandler at a building the contractor announced it had purchased on Wednesday.
The campus will be located at Allred Park Place Building 4, southeast of the intersection of Loops 101 and 202, just off of Price Road.
It spans more than 100,000 square feet across two stories, where the company plans a “robust training center and dedicated collaboration space for innovation teams,” according to a press release.
Rosendin, which is the nation’s largest employee-owned electrical contractor, will use the regional headquarters to better integrate its teams across departments, such as engineering, technology and building information modeling (BIM).
“Bringing our teams together under one roof allows us to align our company initiatives and goals while building on the culture of collaboration that defines Rosendin,” Brandon Stephens, a senior vice president with the contractor, said. “This is an investment in our people and our future that will allow us to scale alongside our customers while giving our team the space they need to continue delivering exceptional work.”
Earlier this decade, the contractor was responsible for helping get the Meta (Facebook’s parent company) data center in Mesa up and running.
“Our AI, BIM and technology teams bring extraordinary capabilities to every project they support nationwide and having them work alongside the broader regional team will only multiply their impact,” Rosendin senior VP Fred Meeske said.
“This new Chandler campus gives us the environment to test new innovations, maximize our efficiencies and set a new standard for how we serve our customers.”
