Fast food chain Taco Bell has introduced its first ever cold brew lineup of drinks to its Live Más Cafés, pairing cold brew with a range of flavoured cold foams.
Taco Bell says the release of the new products marks “an important step” to the company’s goal of reaching US$5 billion in beverage sales by 2030.
The four drinks in the new product lineup are:
- Cold Brew: Made with medium and dark roast Arabica beans sourced from Latin America.
- Purple Velvet Cream Cold Brew: Cold Brew paired with Cold Foam and infused with horchata flavour notes for a sweet finish.
- Caramel Dulce Cream Cold Brew: A Cold Brew base with Cold Foam and caramel notes.
- Vanilla Cream Cold Brew: Cold Brew paired with vanilla cream Cold Foam.
“We’ve spent decades building a bold flavour legacy at Taco Bell, and now we’re bringing that same innovative mindset to coffee as Live Más Café,” says Taco Bell Global Chief Food Innovation Officer, Liz Matthews.
“As we continue to build the Café experience, Cold Brew and Cold Foams felt like the next natural step – bringing a flavour-forward, premium coffee experience into fans’ everyday routines.”
The new range was made available in Live Más Cafés across Houston, Dallas, Las Vegas, and Southern California on 21 May.
Live Más Café lives inside existing Taco Bell locations, with parent company Yum Brands officially launching the store concept in December 2024 at Chula Vista, California.
There are currently more than 8200 Taco Bell locations across the United States, with California and Texas combining to hold approximately 1500 of these.
