Tate McKee has come in to pitch the 9th inning for Georgia Tech. He walked the leadoff batter and after a groundout moved the runner to second, an RBI single tied the game 7-7. McKee got the final two outs and we are heading to extra innings tied 7-7.

Bottom of the 8th
Oklahoma got a one out double to put a runner in scoring position and after a mound visit, a single put runners on the corners with one out and then on an error by Patel, another run scored to cut the lead to 7-6 and Dylan Loy replaced Patel, who threw a career high 100 pitches. Loy came in and with runners on first and second, got a double play to end the inning. Georgia Tech leads 7-6 heading to the 9th and they are three outs away from their first Super Regional since 2006

Brosius drew a leadoff walk, but Daniel grounded into a double play to give Georgia Tech two outs. Kerce struck out to end the top of the 8th and Georgia Tech leads by two.
Bottom of the 7th
A leadoff double and a single put runners on the corners with no outs for Oklahoma. An RBI groundout scored a run for the Sooners and then a two out RBI double cut the lead to 7-5. He got the final out, but the Sooners draw closer heading to the 8th.
Top of the 7th
A leadoff single from Advincula and a one out single from Zuckerman put runners on the corners and then OU made a pitching change. GT left them stranded though and they lead 7-3 heading to the bottom of the 7th

Patel allowed his first hit, but pitches another scoreless inning. GT leads 7-3 heading to the 7th

A one out walk from Hernandez and a single from Schmidt put runners on the corners for Georgia Tech and then an RBI groundout from Brosius gave Georgia Tech a 5-3 lead and Oklahoma made a pitching change. An RBI single from Daniel made it 6-3 and then an RBI single from Carson Kerce made it 7-3. It was a three run inning and Georgia Tech leads by four heading to the bottom of the 6th

A leadoff home run from Parker Brosius tied the game 3-3 and then a solo home run from Daniel gave Georgia Tech its first lead of the game 4-3. Kerce singled to put a runner on with no outs, but Georgia Tech leaves him stranded. Yellow Jackets lead 4-3 heading to the bottom of the 5th

A runner reached on an error and then a one out, 2-run home run gave Oklahoma a 2-0 lead. A pair of singles gave the Sooners two more base runners and then a two out RBI single made it 3-0 in favor of the Sooners. After a mound visit, Ballard got the final out, but the Yellow Jackets trail 3-0 heading to the 2nd. Note, Georgia Tech is 18-6 this season when the opposing team scores first.

A leadoff double and a one out single from Advincula put runners on the corners for Georgia Tech, but Lackey grounded into a double play to end the top of the 1st. Game is tied 0-0 heading to the bottom of the 1st.

Georgia Tech led 8-2 in the 4th inning yesterday, but a furious rally from Oklahoma forced a Game 7, winner-take-all, in Atlanta today. If the Yellow Jackets win, they will advance to their first Super Regional since 2006 and will host Kansas next weekend.
