The City of West Chicago and the West Chicago Police Department invite residents to celebrate National Night Out on Tuesday, August 4, from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at The Shell at Reed-Keppler Park.
National Night Out is an annual event that brings community members, law enforcement, and first responders together through fun activities, meaningful interactions, and safety education to build stronger relationships and promote safer neighborhoods.
The event will feature family-friendly activities, opportunities to meet police officers, first responders, and community organizations, as well as goodies and giveaways, including West Chicago Police Department shirts while supplies last.
The evening will conclude with a free outdoor movie beginning at approximately 8:00 p.m. Attendees are encouraged to bring blankets and lawn chairs.
