Former wide receiver for the St. Louis Rams and Miramar resident Stedman Bailey was arrested last week after allegedly having sex with a woman at a bowling alley bar inside of a Pembroke Pines mall, court records show.
Bailey, 35, and a woman were at Round1 Bowling and Arcade at the Pembroke Lakes Mall on July 26. They were detained by officers after the bar’s manager provided surveillance footage that showed them “actively engaged in sexual activity” while customers were at the bar, according to a probable cause affidavit.
One witness told police that she saw the two having intercourse in the bar and asked them to stop, and they both left the bar area, the affidavit said.
Bailey and the woman told officers in interviews that they had been taking shots at the bar, and both said they had too much to drink, according to the affidavit. The woman said she did not remember the incident, while Bailey said “they both had their pants down,” the affidavit said.
They have each pleaded not guilty to one misdemeanor count each of exposure of sexual organs and have been released from jail after posting bail, court records show.
In 2015, Bailey, who played at Miramar High and West Virginia University before his NFL career, was shot twice in the head while inside of a car in Miami Gardens.
