The 2026 Property Innovation Award winners:

- Sagebrush — Universal City, Texas: Knightvest Residential deployed managed Wi-Fi with Aerwave and RUCKUS Networks as part of a larger initiative across 15 properties, bringing enterprise-grade connectivity to existing multifamily communities.
- Weston Hall — Detroit, Michigan: Detroit Landmark Development transformed the historic 1924 building into Detroit’s first all-affordable smart apartment community, integrating smart home controls, cloud-based access, and AI-enabled security and control, built on the PropertyDek platform.
- Pacifica Place — Irvine, California: Irvine Company’s community combines Wi-Fi 7, 3-Gig fiber, personal resident networks, instant-on connectivity, and smart home capabilities through GFiber and Quext.
- The Collective at Norman — Norman, Oklahoma: Preiss deployed Apple Wallet and Google Wallet access for apartments and amenities. Across the broader deployment, the solution achieved 85.5% adoption, more than 100,000 verified unlocks, zero reported lockouts, and 38% fewer after-hours maintenance calls.
