WASHINGTON and CHICAGO, Feb. 12, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Kearney’s Global Business Policy Council (GBPC) announced today the appointment of Per Hong as senior fellow.
A senior partner based in Kearney’s Minneapolis office, Per brings with him more than 20 years of experience advising companies across the United States, Europe, and Russia in a range of industries, focusing on consumer products, life sciences and healthcare, and industrials. Within these sectors, Per has extensive operations transformation experience related to post-merger integration, performance improvement, network optimization, and supply chain organization design. Per also leads Kearney’s global collaboration with the World Economic Forum’s Centre for Advanced Manufacturing and Supply Chains. Notably, he helped launch the forum’s COVID action platform, and in the recent environment of increasing geopolitical uncertainty and supply chain disruption, Per is a frequent speaker and has authored numerous studies and white papers, helping to pioneer Kearney’s perspectives and operations-related initiatives around resilience and the future rewiring of global supply chains. Per will maintain his role as Americas co-lead in operations and performance while in his new position as senior fellow with the GBPC.
