An LLC associated with the pizza restaurant’s owner purchased the property for nearly $1.33 million.
DENVER — A new restaurant is coming to Denver’s Art District on Santa Fe.
Walter’s303 Pizzeria & Publik House will open its fifth location at 300 Santa Fe Drive.
Walters Santa Fe LLC, an LLC associated with Walter’s303 founder and owner Mike Kienast, purchased the 2,118-square-foot building for nearly $1.33 million on April 24, according to public records.
“The prospect of owning our building appealed to us,” Kienast told the Denver Business Journal. “At Walter’s303 Pizzeria & Publik House, we’re always on the lookout for opportunities to expand. We prioritize internal growth, offering longtime employees the chance to become owners and partners in their own ventures.”
