According to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, a new Dutch Bros is slated to open on University Boulevard near Rice Village at the end of 2025.

Construction is anticipated to start June 30 and be completed by Sept. 26. The $200,000 project will include converting an existing fast-food restaurant into the new coffee shop. Salad and Go, a drive-thru chain specializing in salads and wraps, currently occupies the 2301 University Blvd. address.
Dutch Bros Coffee serves various types of drinks, including coffee, cocoa, tea, lemonade and season drinks, according to its website.
