HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – Clint Bawcom, who has led Cushman & Wakefield’s Houston office for four years, has joined the Transwestern Real Estate Services where he will lead Transwestern’s sizable commercial real estate operations in Houston.
Kevin Roberts, a 36-year veteran of Transwestern who has served as Houston’s market leader for 15 years, will transition to the role of Executive Vice President of Strategic Client Relationships, focusing on transformation initiatives that enhance client service, new business development, portfolio and account management, and mergers and acquisitions.
Bawcom will hold the role of Transwestern Executive Managing Director, Houston Market Leader. Bawcom will oversee the firm’s Houston operations, comprising more than 400 professionals and 82 million SF of leased and managed commercial space across the region.

Bawcom has 25 years of experience in leasing, operations and business development for both public and private real estate companies. Before leading Cushman & Wakefield’s Houston office, Bawcom held senior leadership roles at Brookfield Properties and Cassidy Turley.
Bawcom Began His Career at Transwestern
Bawcom began his real estate career as a producer at Transwestern.
