A mixed-use apartment complex in Bothell was recently bought for $177 million, making it the region’s third-largest real estate deal so far this year.
Mesirow, a Chicago-based investment firm, acquired The Villas at Beardslee from Holland Partner Group of Vancouver, Washington, the Puget Sound Business Journal reported.
The five-building development sits on 7 1/2 acres of land. Commercial tenants include Wildwood Spirits Co., Starbucks, Beardslee Public House, Milan Laser Hair Removal, Marlowe Boutique, White Lotus, and Livewell Animal Urgent Care.
The multifamily units range from studios that rent for $1,847 per month to one-bedroom units that run $1,984 per month. It also features two-bedroom units that rent for $2,868 per month, according to the article.
