PHOENIX — The Amelia, a luxury apartment community themed around Amelia Earhart, opened Thursday near Deer Valley Airport in north Phoenix.
The apartment complex is located at Seventh Avenue and Beardsley Road, which is just north of the Loop 101 Pima Freeway and not far from Desert Ridge Marketplace, The Shops at Norterra and Deer Valley Towne Center.
It was developed by Triumph Properties and is professionally managed by P.B. Bell.
