Hockey fans have Tuesday night circled on their calendars.

All 32 teams take the ice on Tuesday night, Oct. 28, for the NHL’s third annual Frozen Frenzy. The action-packed slate will run on staggered start times, allowing hockey fans to easily channel surf between each matchup.

The first puck drops at 6:00 p.m. ET in Philadelphia, when the Flyers host the Pittsburgh Penguins to kick off a triple-header on ESPN. The Dallas Stars welcome the Washington Capitals at 8:30 p.m. ET, and the Los Angeles Kings take on the Sharks in San Jose at 11 p.m. ET.

ESPN2 will also broadcast a whip-around show with live looks at each game, highlighting top plays, hits and goals.

There are marquee matchups peppered throughout the slate, underscored by the potential of a historic achievement in Dallas. Capitals star Alex Ovechkin could become the first player in the NHL to reach 900 regular-season goals.

Also on the slate: the Colorado Avalanche host the NHL-best New Jersey Devils in a rematch from their overtime thriller on Sunday, in which the Devils won 4-3 for their eighth consecutive victory.

The Carolina Hurricanes host the Vegas Golden Knights, aiming to avenge their lopsided loss in their first encounter on Oct. 20. Meanwhile, JT Miller returns to Vancouver for the first time to face the Canucks as captain of the New York Rangers.
