All Pollsters Have Trump With a Negative Job Approval, Report Claims

All pollsters in the U.S. has President Donald Trump with a negative job approval, according to a new report.

The Daily Beast noted that The New York Times’ polling aggregator shows Trump with a disapproval rating of 55, compared to 41 percent who approve of his performance.

The outlet noted that one of the latest surveys, conducted by J.L. Partners between November 19 and 20 found that 49 percent of respondents disapproved of Trump’s job, compared to 41 percent who approved. The pollster’s previous survey had Trump with a 46 percent approval rating.

The White House did not respond to a request for comment from the outlet, but an official said that the RealClearPolitics polling average has Trump with stronger second-term approval rating than Barack Obama and George W. Bush.

Latinos, who helped propel Trump to a second term, are souring on him in large numbers. Nearly half of Latino voters now hold a negative view of the president, according to a new survey from the Intelligence Center of My Code.

The poll found his unfavorable rating among Latinos rising from 44% to 48%. The report attributes the shift primarily to concerns over economic conditions and immigration policy.

The poll shows Trump’s approval among multicultural voters stands at 34%, with particularly low support among young women ages 18 to 24, only 18% of whom approve of his performance. Among young men in the same age range, approval reaches 48%, while support declines sharply for both men and women over 45, falling below 30%.

The survey, requested by news site La Opinión, also found that 57% of multicultural voters believe inflation has worsened under the Trump administration, and 52% say the broader economy has deteriorated. For Latino respondents, economic concerns dominate: 80% cite the economy, costs of living, or job stability as their top issues.

Immigration enforcement also remains a major source of unease. Fifty-five percent of Latino voters disapprove of the administration’s handling of immigration, including deportations. Across all multicultural voters, 38% report personally knowing someone affected by recent immigration actions.

The findings align with two other recent national polls showing growing discontent among Latino voters, particularly on economic issues. A Unidos Bipartisan Poll reported that 53% of Latino voters identified cost of living and inflation as their top concern heading into the 2026 midterms, with 65% saying Trump and congressional Republicans are not doing enough to improve economic conditions. That survey also found 64% of Latino respondents disapprove of the president’s job performance.

A separate Axios–Ipsos/Noticias Telemundo poll found that only 31% of Latinos believe it is currently “a good time” to be Latino in the United States—down sharply from 55% in March 2024. The drop was especially steep among Democrats and Independents, and most respondents said they want the administration to halt ICE raids and deportations.
