The Republic
As world-renowned restaurant Din Tai Fung prepares to open its first Arizona location in Scottsdale, another rising competitor is joining the dumpling race.
Ni Hao Bao is a brand-new fast casual Asian restaurant concept from P.F. Chang’s veteran Darrell Ngo and his longtime friend Arin Finger. The restaurant is self-described on its website as “serving Asian Street Market flair.”
Menu offerings will include crispy or steamed bao buns, hand-pinched dumplings available in both meat and vegetarian options, wontons and boba tea drinks.
The restaurant will occupy 1,500 square feet of space indoors, plus a 726-square-foot dog-friendly patio.
How to visit Ni Hao Bao
Ni Hao Bao Dumpling House will hold a grand opening celebration at 11 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 16. The restaurant’s hours are 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
