PHOENIX — Rapidly expanding extended-stay hotel LivAway Suites has opened the doors on its first location in Arizona.
The company announced the opening of the hotel at 1225 N. 91st Avenue in Tolleson, just south of 91st Avenue and Interstate 10, on Tuesday. LivAway Suites has four other locations under construction in Glendale, Surprise, Tucson and Mesa. The Surprise location is set to open on May 15.
“Tolleson is an important first step as we build out a broader, highly intentional footprint across the state,” Chief Operating Officer Kevin Dailey said in a press release.
The hotel was developed by West77 Partners, which opened an office in Scottsdale in 2024.

- Scandinavian-influenced interiors.
- Free high-speed Wi-Fi.

LivAway Suites expanding rapidly
When West77 opened its Scottsdale office, the developer said it was planning to break ground on 50 LivAway Suites locations by the end of 2026, with 12 of those in the Valley.
“Arizona represents exactly the type of market where LivAway Suites thrives due to its strong population growth, expanding employment bases and sustained demand for high-quality, affordable extended stay accommodations,” Dailey said.
Currently, there are 22 hotels open or under construction around the country. LivAway plans to break ground on 12 more over the next year.
It will also expand into several new states, including Florida, Nevada, South Carolina, Colorado, Alabama, Georgia and Oregon.
