Bracken Village Beloved Bakery Closing Its DoorFrom Home Kitchen to Late-Night Haven

Neon Moon Bakery is set to close on Saturday, November 1, after serving San Antonio with sweetness and warmth. The late-night bakery owner, Meg, has announced the news through the official Instagram page.

Bracken Village Beloved Bakery Closing Its Door

Neon Moon Bakery has shared an emotional message with their customers, calling it “a love letter to the Neon Moon fan base.” In the message, Meg has said, “It’s with a heavy heart I share that Neon Moon Bakery will be closing its doors on November 1. This decision didn’t come easy or quickly, but ultimately, I must do what’s best for my family.”

She has expressed gratitude to the community for supporting her dream: “To open a small business is no small feat, but you all sure made it a heck of a good time.”

Adding to that, she also asked the customers to come and stop by the bakery before the closing day and grab a bite filled with sweetness and Miss Janie’s recipe.

From Home Kitchen to Late-Night Haven

The bakery started as a home-based, delivery-only project in Bracken village with one question: “Why isn’t there a cozy, late-night spot to enjoy dessert without the bar scene?”

The bakery became known for its pies, cookies, and gooey cinnamon rolls made with bold flavors and high-quality ingredients. It has quickly become known for its Southern charm, warm energy, and inviting space that felt more like a friend’s kitchen than a storefront. Every dessert was baked with care and designed to create moments of joy and connection.

Neon Moon Bakery has marked its closure, ending its San Antonio chapter on November 1. The business began from a small home kitchen and then grew into a space filled with memories and warm treatments.
