Global management consulting firm AlixPartners has promoted made three leadership promotions in its Paris office.
Jean-Noël Truchet has been elevated to Partner & Managing Director in the Turnaround & Restructuring practice, bringing over 25 years of experience to the role.
A specialist in industrial turnaround and transformation, Truchet has been supporting companies facing major operational, financial, and social challenges since 2014. He works particularly on restructuring projects, the implementation of insolvency proceedings, and transformation projects in the automotive, oil & gas, aerospace, chemical, and construction materials sectors.
Before joining AlixPartners, Truchet held management positions in industry, notably in the automotive sector as Director of Strategy and Transformation at Aptiv.
Vincent Munière has been promoted to Partner. He co-leads the Telecommunications, Media and Technology practice in France and also works at the European level on projects in the field of digital infrastructure.
Munière joined AlixPartners at the start of 2025, before that spending over 25 years in the telecommunications industry, both on the supplier and operator side, in France and internationally. He held the position of Technical Director in charge of networks and operations support at SFR – where he led strategic projects involving mergers, asset sales, innovation and network transformation – as well as the position of Chief Technology Officer and Director of R&D at Ekinops.
Jaufré Surroca has over 17 years of consulting experience and is a member of the Consumer Goods & Retail practice. At AlixPartners, he assists clients in defining and implementing transformations, turnaround plans, and post-merger integration projects, primarily in the retail sector. He is specialized in developing operational and digital excellence in omnichannel retail.
Before joining AlixPartners in 2017, he worked eight years at Capgemini Invent, where he grew the ranks to Senior Manager in the Business and Technology Innovation practice and worked on numerous large-scale international digital transformation programs.
The French team
In France, AlixPartners has a team of over 100 employees. Catherine Sherwin, who leads the Paris office, said: “We are proud to promote Jean-Noël, Vincent, and Jaufré.
