Authorities say the baby’s mother and three other adults were detained.
The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office confirmed Friday that the 7-month-old was located at a home on the 11800 block of South Foster Road. Authorities said he appears to be in good health and is being checked as a precautionary measure.
The baby’s mother, along with three other adults who were found at the location have been detained at this time, according to authorities. No word yet on what charges, if any, they could face.

The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a missing 7-month-old child last seen on the far southeast-side Wednesday night.
According to BCSO, Richard Ramey was taken by his mother Nicole Louann Daguanno, 30, who was last seen fleeing from Child Protective Services on foot on the 12000 block of Adkins Elmendorf Road around 10:15 p.m.
Richard was last seen wearing a white top and tan shoes. He has blonde hair, blue eyes and weighs about 15 pounds.
Authorities are looking for Daguanno in connection with the abduction of the child. BCSO has confirmed she is Richard’s mother. She was last seen wearing a green t-shirt and blue jeans.
Deputies believe she is traveling on foot with the child.
