What is the focus of your research/area of expertise?
I study American political institutions. Most of my research and teaching focuses on legislative and executive politics, campaigns, and public policy in the United States.
How do students benefit from your scholarship and research?
I am a co-director of the Lafayette College Gov Lab, which means that I get to work with dozens of researchers every year on a social science research project designed and led by Lafayette students.
What will you be teaching in the fall?
I am teaching GOVT 321: Congress and Legislative Process and GOVT 101: Introduction to U.S. Politics in fall 2025.
