Apex Capital has partnered with El Latino, a Miami-based provider of Latin American and Caribbean food products, to accelerate the company’s expansion across the United States.

The transaction marks a strategic investment aimed at scaling El Latino’s platform while maintaining its existing leadership and operations. María Elena Ibañez will continue as president, ensuring continuity in strategy and customer relationships.

Founded to serve the evolving Hispanic consumer market in the U.S., El Latino offers a diverse portfolio of authentic food products spanning Latin American and Caribbean cuisines.
