So it would involve 20 total teams, I guess you might say.

Was odd.
It, it kind of surfaced from Josh Pate, I think on Sunday, and then there was follow-up sort of reporting before the meeting on, Monday.
This was a pro- From ESPN.
Yeah, from ESPN.
This was a proposal- sort of gotten socialized by ESPN executives, last week.
They called around.
They were calling around commissioners.
Not all of them, but they were calling around some commissioners about this idea.
It seemed- Who didn’t they call, Ross?
Please tell us- Yeah who did, who they didn’t call.
Yeah, I don’t, I don’t think, I don’t I’ve been led to believe, that the Big Ten commissioner did not get a call.

So- Which is important- Oh because the Big Ten- Weird and the SEC must agree on a format for it to move forward.
So there were a lot of people, there was a few people bli- kind of blindsided by, by this.
And I think it was meant to be, a compri- sort of like a compromise between the traditional 16 team and the 24 team the Big Ten is, is putting up.
It was mentioned on the call, on Monday.
I, I don’t think that there was, much discussion around it.
The call was more about the logistics of scheduling, if you would schedule like a 24 team playoff or a 16 team playoff, how the schedule would work, when the games would be played.

And maybe what the market is like, right?
Which is the biggest question they’re trying to figure out is how much- Mm-hmm is a 24 team playoff worth, and is it, is it worth enough to make up for the lost revenue of the conference championship games, which you’d have to eliminate?
