Atlanta is facing off against the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday Night Football.
The Atlanta Falcons were defeated by the San Francisco 49ers to fall to 3-3 on the season. Despite a solid effort, the Falcons made too many critical errors against a good 49ers team on the road, losing by a final score of 20-10. Atlanta committed costly penalties and failed to score when they had the chance on multiple drives.
The 49ers deserve credit for playing extremely well on defense and making enough plays down the stretch to send the Falcons home with a loss. It was a costly loss for Atlanta as the team now sits at third place in the NFC South entering Week 8.
San Francisco improved to 5-2 and are tied with the Rams atop the NFC West. Check out the highlights and post-game press conferences from the Falcons’ 20-10 loss to the 49ers below.
