Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center has filed plans to add a helipad to its growing McNair Campus in the TMC.
Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center has filed plans to add a helipad to its growing McNair Campus in the TMC. The plans were submitted to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation in an Aug. 5 filing. TDLR filings are preliminary and subject to change. Baylor St. Luke’s was unable to confirm the project details to the Houston Business Journal by press time.
According to the filing, Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center will be investing $8 million to add the helipad on Tower One of the McNair Campus. The scope of work also includes work on a staircase, elevators and machine rooms. The project will also add a new helipad lobby.
