Jamie Bailey is the Co-Founder and Chief of Finance and Operations for Bailey Strategic Innovation Group. Known for her strong financial background and planning expertise, Jamie manages the company’s financial strategy and operations. She has been recognized for her leadership, including receiving the Phoenix Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 award and being named a Sun Devil 100 honoree for four consecutive years.
Since 2016, Jamie has coached in the Jr. Suns league, using basketball to help young athletes build confidence, leadership, and teamwork. In 2024, she was excited to join the Jr. Mercury Legacy League, which supports young women in embracing their physical strength and power through sport. Jamie believes sports are a vital tool for building confidence, teamwork and leadership skills. Jamie is also deeply passionate about social justice. She believes in the importance of empowering and educating our youth, helping them understand their role in creating positive social change. Jamie strives to include young people in important conversations and inspire them to become active and informed members of their communities.
A proud Sun Devil, Jamie enjoys traveling, playing pickleball, and spending time with her husband and three kids. Their support and encouragement are the foundation that allows Jamie to pursue her passions and make a meaningful difference in her community.
