HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – Bleecker Partners, a Dallas-based company focused on urban infill real estate, has acquired a 28-building industrial portfolio in Houston.
The portfolio spans 880,000 SF across five properties located within a few blocks or miles of Loop 610. The locations offer accessibility to the Port of Houston and include a mix of business parks, manufacturing facilities, and last-mile distribution centers.
The portfolio consists of:
- Harwin Business Park, 9400 block of Harwin Drive in West Houston
- Jester Plaza, 3500 block of W. TC Jester Blvd in Northwest Houston
- Northeast Trade Center, 5400 block of Mesa Drive in Northeast Houston
- Wayside Business Center, 4300-4500 block of S. Wayside in Southeast Houston
- Scranton Manufacturing and Distribution Portfolio, 8700-9000 block Scranton Street in Southeast Houston
The deal represents the largest class B portfolio transaction in Houston since 2025, according to Bleecker Partners.
Bleecker Partners said the firm is positioned to benefit from Houston industrial tailwinds such as near-shoring activity, energy transition supply chains, and population-driven distribution demand.
The properties were acquired from a long-established Houston family with generational ties to the portfolio, according to Bleecker Partners. Eastdil Secured represented the seller.
Following the transaction, Bleecker Partners owns and operates 40 buildings in Houston. The company owns more than seven million SF of industrial real estate in Texas.
