Police confirmed the investigation inside 75 State Street, a 31-story office tower that overlooks the Financial District. Sky5 flew over the building and saw that police had closed State Street, hanging yellow caution tape across the road. Officers and Boston EMS were seen in the area. A large crowd of onlookers was also present.
