BILOXI, Miss. (WLOX) – Boomtown Casino Biloxi unveiled a new gaming experience Thursday.
Powered by Interblock’s Smart Pit, the EZ Play Zone lets gamblers play live craps, dual roulette, and black jack.
Casino representatives said the feature uses “chipless” technology.
General Manager Barry Regula said it reduces the training time for new dealers.
“The smart pit allows people to come in and not go through the usual casino training which can take up to 12 weeks, and could involved additions and things like that. A smart pit dealer can learn the games in a matter of hours, and just learn the company’s policies, and be up and earning a living right away,” Regula said.
The smart pit will allow the casino to open up new games sooner.
The EZ Play Zone is located at the main entrance of Boomtown Casino Biloxi.
