Officials with Brooklyn Pizzeria celebrated the 20-year anniversary of the eatery’s Humble location June 16, General Manager Jordan Mintz confirmed.

Initially opening in June 2006, Brooklyn Pizzeria offers a variety of Italian dishes with all sauces made in-house, including New York-style pizza, lasagna, manicotti, baked ziti and spaghetti with meatballs, according to the company’s website. The eatery also offers a variety of appetizers, including buffalo wings and garlic knots.

Mintz thanked community members for their support throughout the years.

“Twenty years means a lot of pizza, a lot of late nights and a lot of familiar faces walking through the door,” Mintz said. “But more than anything, it reflects the commitment behind a family-owned restaurant that has stayed focused on great food, hard work, and taking care of our community. We’re grateful for everything these first 20 years have meant, and excited to keep growing into new neighborhoods while staying true to what got us here.”
