Kyle Park is a 101-acre multi-use retail center under construction at the northwest corner of I-35 and Bebee Road in the South Austin suburb. Now, new project filings are giving a closer look at the development’s growing portfolio of tenants, including a discount retailer.
Burlington is on deck for a nearly 21,000-square-foot store at the site, according to project filings registered with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation on Thursday, July 23. Construction on the future storefront began on July 1 and is expected to run through September 1, 2027, per documents.
Located at 255 Kyle Park Ave., Ste 900, Kyle, TX 78640, the retail project also comes with a sticker price of approximately $16.5 million. TDLR filings are preliminary details and both timeline and cost estimates are subject to change.
Burlington joins existing tenants underway, including DICK’S Sporting Goods, which is slated to serve as an anchor to the mixed-use project. That sports store is expected to span just over 50,000 square feet and come with a roughly $16.4 million price tag.
Elsewhere on the fashion-forward front, California-headquartered Western retailer Boot Barn will also occupy a 50,000-square-foot suite, with a similar $16.4 million cost estimate.
