- The monthly Explore Crosslake Business meeting will be at 8 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 7, at Crosslake City Hall.
The free business and nonprofit organization networking meeting will run from 7:45-9:15 a.m., with a presentation starting at 8 a.m. The meeting is facilitated by the Crosslake Chamber, but is open to all businesses regardless of chamber membership.

- Back to the Future is the theme of the Brainerd Lakes Chamber’s Celebration of Excellence on Nov. 20 at Cragun’s Resort on Gull lake. Business award winners will be announced soon.
